In the first of four new videos now available online at Broker news TV speaks to Vince Scully, technical consultant with SMSF Finance Specialists about how he got into the SMSF loan market.

Also in this interview, Scully offers his advice to brokers looking to enter the SMSF market; detailing what they need to know about SMSF loan products, providing a description of a typical SMSF client; and explaining what lenders and products are available within the marketplace. Scully also talks about the competition within the SMSF broker market and how this may increase into the future.

In addition, Broker news TV reporter Andrea Cornish talks to Ian Graham, chief executive of QBE LMI about his predictions for the year 2010. Graham discusses what the next 12 months look like for QBE LMI and what he foresees as being the major opportunities and obstacles for the company in 2010. Graham also deliveries his forecast for the evolution of the housing and lending markets over the next 12 months.
 
And, Broker news TV is  showcasing an interview with Steve Kane of FAST, who shares his economic and market industry predictions for 2010. Kane discusses the latest interest rate rises, the issues surrounding service delays in 2009 (and whether he believes they will improve in 2010) and whether competition will improve going into 2010.
