ING Direct receives top ranking in customer satisfaction survey

ING Direct outperformed its competitors in the latest Nielsen Financial Services Monitor.

The report found that 78.3% of ING Direct customers are satisfied with bank, well above the market average of 58.6%.

The lender also had the highest percentage of customers of any bank (74.6%) who would recommend its services to their family and friends.

Bendigo Bank came a close second receiving 76.9% in customer satisfaction, while Suncorp received 66.3%

In terms of recommendations, Bendigo Bank again came second with 71.3%, while Bankwest was third with 59.6%.
