Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers has named Cathy Anderson as its Franchise Owner of the Year –the second year in a row she has taken out the group's highest honour.
South Australian-based Anderson beat 140 franchisees to win the award at Smartline’s annual conference in Queenstown, New Zealand.
In only her fourth year with the group Anderson wrote the most loans in Smartline for 2009.
In addition to business volume, consideration is given to those who show leadership as well as brand and systems alignment.
Smartline managing director Chris Acret said Anderson represented the many qualities that the group as a whole prided itself on.
“Cathy is passionate about assisting her clients and providing them with a high level of service and advice while having a strong understanding of the home loan environment and its many current intricacies,” he said.
Anderson also took out Smartline’s High Achievement Award.
She was also named Operator of the Year by the MFAA earlier this year.
