    Will be a generational shift. The kids in Primary school today will know no difference....Brokers will be around and playing in this space. The next generation will reject this and go back to face to face interaction once they realise the damage this crap does to society. My 2 cents!

    Interesting reading the responses. It is already well under development and to ignore akin to all the traditional retailers trying to force GST on online sales to counteract the digital impact. Dont ignore..prepare and change.

    Touchy subject indeed, Head of ANZ Mike Smith described what is happening with Financial Services Advancements on their last trip to Silicone Valley, technology world as frightening.Distribution will be challenged from many areas in the future and many changes required to meet new challenges a must.
