Finding the right home loan is low on the priority list for Australian home buyers, according to a new survey

The answers to the two issues that came up in the survey:
    1) Borrowers not concerned about the home loan, as much as about the property they are buying - it's up to the broker to ensure that the product offered to the borrower is the most:suitable, flexible, money saver available. This part is our responsibility. how the borrower wants to proceed, is his decision.
    2) Borrowers prefer to stay with their bank than to use a broker for their home loan - this is where the MFAA comes in with their advertising campaigns and website, to try and convince the home buyers to contact a broker as a better alternative to their bank, by pointing out that a broker has many offers from many lenders with many options to choose from.

No matter if some one searches for his essential thing, thus he/she needs to be available that in detail, therefore that thing is maintained over here.
