    It would be great if the Keystart program which is so successful in WA could be implemented in other states, would allow more access into the market and provide additional funding into the public housing sector through distribution of profits.
    In Victoria this would also help with lowering the high unemployment rate through the creation of jobs in the building and construction industry...where's the downside to this initiative??
