The banking world appears to have accepted NCCP on the chin. In reality it is to harse and has seen us as a nation go way back into the past as far as borrowing money is concerned. The day of over regulation is now in full swing and it appears to me that there are not to many people including CEO`S of our large banks let say that are doing anything about it. Yes that means they will also be receiving less bonuses at the end of the year and how will that be received. The polies that have thrust this upon us will not be receiving less income and they will have no trouble borrowing money as we are providing them with a pay cheque each fortnight.
