    "While fruit and vegetable prices rose strongly, it is difficult to extract if the carbon tax is a contributing factor,” - Why the difficulty, were the fruit&veg. suppliers/retailers consulted by the researcher? Perhaps a researcher's leaning to economically disastrous Green-ideology (like the all-pain no-gain CO2-tax) makes it especially difficult to determine the cause.
