Mike is dead right. We have been threatened with reduced commissions and volume hurdles because the lenders blame the slowdowns in processing on brokers, but now that we all submit loans 100% electronically saving the lenders a huge amount of processing time on the one hand but the turn around times from most lenders has got worse on the other hand. So what is their excuse? I say to the guilty lenders to give the brokers back their commissions, stop making threats and they get their own houses in order first.
