    I certainly regret the DIPLOMA that MFAA required us to do to keep my membership.

    I have absolutely no regrets re my mortgage diploma, finance degree or mechanical engineering qualifications before that.

    Study IS the way forward and ideally it's stuff we're interested in AND can earn income from.

    I feel for those who chose the wrong area of study though. Must feel like a waste..
