    Is there maybe an underlying reason why brokers are not handing their businesses to family at a later date... Maybe they don't see it to really be a good investment. I mean the amount of money you can extract out of the business is getting tighter and tighter and the margins are really small. You're better off giving some real estate to family at least you can have some fun collecting the rent every month.
