What Quantum of taxpayer money was paid by Mr Abbott for Mr Murray to previously investigate the banks? Did it achieve independent and impartial findings?

If a Royal Commission found major problems, would that be problematic to Mr Murray?

Bank bashing is fuelled mostly by the behaviour of the banks themselves. They provide the ammunition in poor bureaucratic processes, insensitive decision making at both micro and macro levels, constant self-interested political lobbying, lemminglike trading and business practices etc etc. The greatest systemic risk our economy has is these ologopolistic banks, that want to further intrench this status by BASHING BROKERS and anyone else that stands in their way. Increasing the independence of financial advisers, personal and general insurance brokers and mortgage/finance brokers through appropriate small business friendly government policies and regulation is the best way to achieve the desired outcomes in competition, consumer protection and financial stability. Let the banks be the wholesalers and let educated professionals provide the bridge to their products.

Is David Murray conflicted, on one hand himself buying up farms from farmers crippled by banks, yet at the same time complaining when the farmers like Charlie Phillott crippled by ANZ seek to take on the banks? Honesty, decency, integrity ethics all crippled concepts in the modern era where fat bankers and ex bankers are trying to run and takeover the world. What ever happened to justice and integrity and small business? Hell, even Turnbull and Joyce are former bankers. To quote a line "these banks detroyed this country and nothing ever happened to them."
