No big loss. Love to know which lender he's going to end up working for.

I've had a lot to do with Phil over the years, and I've found him to be a very likable guy, who has worked hard to benefit brokers (who were often hurling stones and abuse at him at the same time). He has worked hard to keep the MFAA 'within the tent' of policy makers, to ensure that the influence of mortgage brokers was maximized, and has worked hard to sell mortgage broking as a profession within the wider community. The regard with which brokers are held are in part a result of his measured, determined and consistent approach. Wish him the best of luck in his next role.

So Naylor is a protected species is he? Most are happy to see him go. He has done a poor job. End of story!!!
