    They couldn't offer me enough money to ever deal with them again. They are the most dysfunctional lender I have ever dealt with.

    Sorry but this sort if stuff gets caught under NCCP brokers trying to sell a product to get higher the normal commissions and overlooking client needs and potentially better alternatives. Fraught with danger!

    It just further demonstrates how much margin is actually floating around behind the scenes and that heaven forbid the banks have actually lied to us , when it comes to their dribble regarding sustainability of the broker channel and the slaughtering of commissions that went with it.

    @ Broker spot on! 1.10% discounts all round. Ever increasing profits. Valuers getting screwed too.
