Rising house prices are creating risks in our economy, according to the RBA, because our sluggish wage growth is not keeping up

gawd!. So there is some accumulation in middle class / mum and dad wealth. And those people aren't spending the money this time around. Worse, more people have equity now than in any time in history huh? So the RBA better put pricing up right? To manipulate house prices right? That will work - right? WRONG! Governmental bodies should realise that they are not as powerful as a market place. The market will fix it, and if some people lose money over it, then they should have considered the risks before making the investment - banks included. Stop being such a nanny.
