eChoice has appointed a new sales development manager, saying that this represents another advancement in the aggregator’s commitment to the success of its broker network.
Ex-Yellow Brick Road manager, Nick Dalamagas has been appointed to the newly created role and has over 15 years finance experience, including building a successful business of his own.
In his role as sales development manager, Dalamagas will provide another level of support for both experienced brokers and graduates of eChoice’s award winning Broker Academy.
“As we strive towards increasing professionalism of the mortgage broker occupation, training and business development support needs to survive beyond initial onboarding and evolve in tandem with each broker’s business,” general manager of sales & distribution at eChoice, Paul Liccione said.
“Not all brokers want to remain at arm’s length and have nothing to do with their aggregator. We believe our success and the success of our brokers is joined at the hip. Anything we can do to help a broker settle more loans has got to be good for all. And that’s exactly what Nick will do.”
eChoice has also recently bolstered its non-conforming panel with Resicom and vehicle and equipment finance panel with Mildura Finance.
“Resicom and Mildura are great examples of income diversification and meeting clients’ needs. However simply having access to those partners isn’t enough. An important aspect of Nick’s responsibilities is to embed the provision of such value-adds into the process our brokers use on a daily basis,” Liccione said.
