Brokerage announces brand overhaul, new app

A top brokerage has had a total brand overhaul with a new website and new app.
Oxygen Home Loans has announced its new user-friendly website and new app for easy access to important information on the go.
The rebranding is part of Oxygen’s move to streamline its customer service offering to its entire customer base of brokers, real estate agents and consumers.
Oxygen general manager Alan Hemmings said the functionality of the website and app has been integral to its redesign.
“We believe that a fresh, innovative website that is consumer friendly and a useful tool for agents referring business is paramount to providing quality information to our customers.
“In today’s world of fast-moving technology, we recognise the need to provide information and to interact with our customers and business partners,”  Hemmings said.
He said both the website and app are tools that will allow agents to better interact with clients, taking the stress out of obtaining a home loan as real time information will be available.
Features across the website and app include consumers being able to search for a broker by their postcode as well as six calculators covering home loans, stamp duty, loan repayments, extra payments, borrowing amounts, holding costs and property investment analysis.
Hemmings said that its holding costs calculator would be helpful to both consumers and agents; and useful in negotiation when considering a pre-auction or private treaty offer.
Oxygen aims to create a better customer experience as the tools will allow improved interaction between real estate agents and brokers with agents able to refer business leads through the app.
