Western Australian brokerage Diversifi has been the first to utilise a new lead management tool that also comes complete with advanced chatbot AI.

Called the Epictenet Broker Empowerment Solution, the platform merges fact find, referrals, live chat and loan calculators into the one customisable package that can be used both on mobile and computer.

“We’ve been using the app this year and we have now added AI-based chatbot, Joey, including live chat feature. What Epictenet is doing in the broker space is revolutionary and we are excited about this partnership,” said Rose De Rossi, director of Diversifi.

The aim of Epictenet was to empower brokers to do more without becoming dependent on a third party, said Ritesh Srivastava, the company’s founder & CEO.

“Brokers have seldom had access to industry leading technology and Epictenet is trying to change that.”

Through Joey, the advanced chatbot at the heart of the package, broker clients can complete their entire fact find through chat as well as the traditional digital form.

The platform also comes with a mobile app which allows brokers to refer and manage leads anywhere with an internet connection.

As well as Joey, Epictenet also has a built-in ‘Live Chat with Broker’ feature within the app, giving brokers direct access to website visitors any time.

Finally, the firm also offers a full range of web and app-based calculators – a full package which can be swiftly implemented within a broker’s existing systems.
