Connective Home Loans claims brokers are embracing the 'flexible pricing' of its white label offering, with 90% of applications now using this model.
The freedom to create pricing, essentially affecting commission and interest rates, is attracting brokers in droves.
“A number of major broking brands have been influenced to partner with us in order to take advantage of the flexibility offered," said Michael Goerner, Connective's head of sales and business development.
Connective added the flexibility to the white label loan in October last year.
"Not only have we provided our member brokers with a unique mortgage product to offer their clients, but we've improved our overall value proposition as an aggregator."
The company also reported 35% month-on-month growth since its launch in July 2011.
