A major insurer has touted the strength of its referral program, claiming high broker satisfaction.

Allianz said brokers have shown overwhelming satisfaction with the insurer's referral program. Results from a recent Allianz survey conducted at the MFAA May Convention show 72% of brokers respondents said it was extremely likely they would recommend the referral program to a colleague.

"We've invested significant effort and resources into streamlining the referral process in order to make it easy and convenient for brokers, so it's fantastic to see we're hitting the mark,” said Allianz Australia national manager for growth markets Dan Tully.

“But there are still many more opportunities for brokers to refer their customers to us, and we’re keen to understand how we can build upon the results of the survey to further improve our service,” he said.

Fourteen mortgage broker aggregator groups have partnered with Allianz since 2012 when it introduced its no advice spot and refer model for brokers.
