Leading franchise announces alliance with national real estate network

National franchise Choice Home Loans has announced a strategic partnership with leading real estate network PRDnationwide.

This new alliance will see Choice Home Loans franchisees create mutually beneficial referral partnerships with PRDnationwide’s Australia-wide network of agents. This includes expansion of PRD's new online service to include access to trusted finance brokers for clients.

Commenting on the partnership, Choice Home Loans CEO Stephen Moore said the two firms had a strong cultural alignment and significant synergies across the respective networks.

“PRDnationwide is a like-minded business that has a strong focus on best practice sharing via peer-to-peer learning between franchisees and a keenness for growth.”

The new alliance will generate business in multiple ways, including traditional localised agent/broker relationships, where Choice Home Loans brokers and PRDnationwide agents will be partnered together on a geographic basis.

The alliance will also see Choice Home Loans feature on PRDnationwide’s website as well as join PRDnationwide’s new online service PRDnationwide Smarter Connect where the agency’s clients can select services they need as part of their home buying transaction – including finance. Such leads will be filtered through Choice Home Loans’ lead system and allocated to the broker who is aligned with that agent.

“We are offering brokers the best of both worlds – personal partnerships as well as access to innovative digital referral opportunities,” said Mr Moore.
PRDnationwide Chairman & Managing Director Tony Brasier said the alliance would be a win-win for both businesses.

“Referrals are a fundamental component of both real estate and mortgage broking success. Through this alliance, our agents will benefit from being able to offer clients a quality finance solution, while Choice Home Loans brokers will have a quality partner to whom they can refer their clients’ listing and property management needs.”

The PRDnationwide alliance is the first of many strategic referral partnerships Choice Home Loans intends to build, with several announcements likely to be made within the coming months.

“This partnership is part of a new business strategy to transform the way we provide leads to our valued franchisees,” said Mr Moore.

A survey of Choice Home Loans brokers recently highlighted the importance they place on referral partnerships, with 92% keen to establish more partnerships. However, finding the right partners – and finding the time do so – were cited as the top two barriers to establishing new partnerships.

“The results of this survey show that referrals are by far the most powerful source of business for brokers, but that building referral partnerships can be tough, due to the time investment required. We’re listening to our brokers and investing in relationships designed to help them further grow and flourish,” Mr Moore said.
