Leading aggregator Vow Financial has hit a major milestone at its annual conference in South Africa, with the 1,000th broker joining its network.

Since Mark Bouris’ Yellow Brick Road bought the aggregator a year and half ago, the Vow network has grown by over 300 brokers, an increase of 45%.

Yellow Brick Road executive chairman Mark Bouris said such significant growth was achieved through forming strategic partnerships and ensuring a competitive offer for brokers.

“Since bringing Vow under the Yellow Brick Road fold, we have been working on how to propel this dynamic business forward. We’ve done that through strategic business partnerships and providing more competitive products and services so the finance brokers can continue to diversify their business and offer their client’s market leading rates.”

The 1,000th broker to join the Vow Network is Matt Borrett of Bluesky Finance, from Canning Vale, Western Australia. Borrett moved into mortgage broking two years ago to follow his love of property investment.

Tim Brown, the chief executive officer of Vow Financial said this milestone represents the business moving into a new era.

“Reaching this 1,000 broker milestone in such a short period is confirmation to us that we are driving the business in the right direction. Our business has been built around the success of our finance brokers. We will continue work tirelessly to provide everything they need to be successful. We look forward to pushing ahead and hitting new heights in the year ahead,” he said.

In the 2015 financial year, Vow increased its annual settlements to $10.38 billion, a 46% increase from 2014 and three times the industry average in settlement volumes.
