More say for Mortgage Choice franchisees

By Luke Cornish | 01 Jul 2009

Mortgage Choice will look to its franchise network to help shape the future of its marketing and branding activities as it launches a new campaign targeted at franchise owners, business affiliates as well as new and potential customers.

"We are really keen to get our franchise network more involved in the process so we have set up a National Marketing Committee consisting of franchisee representatives from each state, all of whom are meeting with us regularly to collaborate on marketing strategy and implementation," said Mortgage Choice spokesperson Kristy Sheppard.

The 'Let's make the right move' campaign was developed after a strategic marketing review earlier this year that included consumer focus groups testing the mortgage broking behemoth's brand perception.

Mortgage Choice hopes to soften its image and inject a sense of friendliness and liveliness into the personality of the company and engender a more contemporary feel.

Sheppard said the nationwide franchisor's brand rejuvenation comes at a time when Mortgage Choice is taking a fresh approach in many ways.
