Non-bank lender Homeloans has announced that a new BDM will be joining their ranks in Melbourne, in commitment to their rebuild and growth strategy.

Ray Hair, general manager national sales at Homeloans says this brings the national team to 13 strong, but the lender has plans to grow the team further in the near future.

“Homeloans is at an exciting stage in its rebuild and growth strategy, and it’s crucial to have a solid, experienced team of BDMs to work closely with those brokers looking to develop relationship based solutions,” he said.

“While our team will grow further over the next 12 months, our current focus is on recruiting sales support personnel to assist our brokers and BDMs to provide effective, timely solutions to customers.”

Hair says that the addition of a new BDM will support the lender to continually grow their product range to satisfy their brokers' requirements.

“One of Homeloans’ strengths is our ability to be nimble and to provide an array of solutions to suit all types of borrowers. We continuously innovate and adapt our products to respond to market needs and requirements,” he said.

The new BDM, Sophie Kyris, has more than 20 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry. She has previously held BDM positions for a number of groups including Victorian Mortgage Group, AON Warranty Services and Homeloan Services.
