Non-major lender Suncorp Bank has reduced its two-year fixed rate home loan below 4%.

The new two-year fixed rate offer of 3.74% is available for new Home Package Plus  owner occupier lending of $150,000 or more, with a maximum LVR of 90%.

Suncorp Bank head of intermediaries, Steven Degetto, said the new rate is “highly competitive” in the market.

“The new offer is available as part of our award-winning Home Package Plus product which provides customers with flexibility and a wide range of benefits by combining their home loan with other banking products,” he said.

“Our highly competitive two and three year fixed rates complement our current standard variable offers, making the Home Package Plus a genuine banking solution for brokers and their customers.”

Suncorp joins a number of lenders who have announced fixed rate reductions in recent weeks, including ME, St George, ING and Advantedge.
