“Then you’ll be better able to advise other people how to do it,” he said.
Recent figures – most notably AFG’s – have detailed a surge in investor client business, and brokers say the momentum has been building over a period of six months.
“It’s been gradual, rather than sudden,” according to Smartmove’s David Brell. “I think the increase has been over a six month period and it has fallen into the November month.”
