    It has been suggested that an LRBA can be entered into by selling an asset from a related party to the custodial trust and creating a loan from the SMSF to the related party.

    Others have suggested that the creation of a loan does not constitute "borrowing money" and therefore does not comply with s67A.

    Have you come across this issue and do you have a view?
