better that he got banned, he has so much to do now, looking at that list, that he wouldn't have time to carry on the shonky side of the business anyway :)

These guys just Phoenix. The banning orders are weak and do not brokers like these from trading. We all know cases where these guys keep taking advantage.

He seems to show the qualities as a leader of a major political party, or wall street trader, or people smuggler.

Did they cite original DL or Passport? Have they completed an Anti-Money Laundering Risk Assessment, did they check the ASIC Scam website? Or the Legal Ombudsman Or the CPA all of which we would have been expected to do according to ASIC. This guy should team up with the Whittinghams or the CFMEU - beyond reproach!

Did they look at any loans written and question the lender?

Sorry Gav but what does this have to do with the MFAA as far as I can see they act on these really quickly. Glad they do so not a negative and better than FBAA who do bugger all.
