A home loans adviser at one of the Big Four took the bank to court claiming compensation for anxiety and depression which he said was a direct result of workplace pressures

    Oh Dear!
There seems to be a very high turn over of staff at the NAB Regional Lending offices at the moment in our area

Nice try. Perhaps he should have stood his ground with the bully. That the only language bullies understand.

NAB been going backwards past 12mths.
I have had countless business clients contact or tell us looking to get out.
None of their Execs have any practical expertise.

Typical, give them your life and they will chew you up and spit you out. Staff are no more than an expendable asset. Pawns is all the staff are and without funds for legal battles with the big boys, or employed management bullies who have little in the way of management expertise, you have little or no chance of coming out on top.

Join the as they have a area within their association which will work with individuals who believe that they are being bullied or being ridden roughshod by major corporates and or Government Departments. If it is a question of leveling the playing field the SBPA will supply this assistance and support ensure that a fair and equitable result is obtained. Covert video footage taken of this fellow is an invasion of privacy. What would happen if he decided to video the Chairman of the NAB leaving his home. He would be charged with stalking! That's wrong.

Poor guy, stresses me out trying to deal with NAB as well. They even followed and filmed him?

Yes working for NAB can be stressful & yes there are bullies in workplaces. But other staff said he had no more pressure than them & the tribunal refused compensation, so maybe Azary was in the wrong job & needed to do some soul searching before it got so bad. Some people are never going to be able to do certain things - square peg in round hole situation! Never an excuse for bulling, but always 2 sides to every story.
