    Well what a difference a new person can make. It's interesting comparing Mr Flavell's attitude to say [CBA's] Ms Cummings. One is this is our fault and we want to expand our broker market share and the other is everything that goes wrong is the broker's fault and we don't want anymore business from you. Wonder which one will succeed?

    I couldn’t agree more with you more Ozboy, I went to that NAB roundtable in Melbourne, what a refreshing and honest attitude from NAB. Perhaps CBA should’ve attended too, as a refresher course on how to treat Brokers with respect, this may well be handy for CBA given their form towards Brokers over the past few years.

    No prizes for guessing were my business doesn’t go to!!!
