Choice Aggregation Services has boosted its executive team with the appointment of a new manager of strategic accounts and national practice development.
Colleen Benzie joins the Choice from Advantedge, where she previously worked as a business platforms analyst for three years and then a strategic partner initiatives consultant for two years.
In her new role, Benzie will join Choice’s senior leadership team and network of partnership managers to support the aggregator’s top groups, from initial on-boarding through to ongoing business support.
She brings broad experience working with broker software platform Podium and will also work closely with top groups to ensure they are making the most of the functionality Podium offers.
Choice CEO Stephen Moore said Benzie would strengthen the support the aggregator offers to its growing network of large broker businesses.
“Technology has become a critical success factor, when it comes to driving business efficiencies and a standout customer experience,” Moore said.
Colleen’s previous background and depth of knowledge means she will be an invaluable asset for large broker groups wanting to make the most of the customisation opportunities Podium brings across marketing, processing and reporting.”
In addition, Choice has been developing a tailored stream of events to support larger groups who write significant volumes.
These include the Choice annual Top Group Summit, which brings together top performing member principals for two days of networking and business sessions.
Choice has also established a Member Advisory Board, which connects the same business leaders via video conference, to discuss and debate key industry issues and business challenges.
“Choice is committed to helping our brokers stand out and excel in an increasingly competitive market. This is just another example of our commitment to providing tailored support services to suit our brokers. Whether our members are one-man offices or brokerages with a multi-state presence, we adapt our support services to ensure we are helping them achieve business success,” Moore said.
