The head of a franchise brokerage has departed, saying he's ready for the next challenge.
, head of LJ Hooker Home Loans, has told Australian Broker he is leaving to pursue other opportunities. The move, Bromley said, was spurred by the desire to try his hand at building something new.
"I've been here for eight years and I've built it from the ground up. I've taken it from nine franchises to 55 across Australia and New Zealand. I've got our white label program to at least twice the industry average. It's time to take on a new opportunity," Bromley said.
Bromley said he intended to "take what I've learned and apply it again" in a new role, but didn't elaborate on what role he was seeking. He did, however, say the move was also "a good opportunity to take a break".
