MA Money has announced key appointments within its national sales team as part of its strategy for future growth.

Following the milestone of reaching $1 billion in settlements, the non-bank mortgage lender is positioning itself for an expanded market presence.

Tim Lemon (pictured above) has been appointed as the state manager for NSW and Queensland, bringing more than two decades of finance industry knowledge to the role.

Lemon, with a background in non-bank lending at ORDE, Bluestone, and Resimac, now co-leads the national sales team with Melanie de Jager, state manager for Western Australia and South Australia.

“I joined MA Money because I could see the potential in the business,” Lemon said. “The opportunity to assemble a top-tier sales team and witness the business’ growth has been incredibly fulfilling.”

Building a premier sales force

Together, Lemon and de Jager have focused on enhancing their sales team with seasoned BDMs experienced in the non-bank sector.

“We’re definitely in a very good position for growth right now,” de Jager said.

She said that MA Money was committed to continuous improvement, aiming to elevate their service levels and product offerings further.

Other MA Money appointments

The MA Money team expansion includes the appointment of Gabrielle Aoun as head of partnerships. Aoun brings seven years of experience in the finance industry and will focus on forging robust aggregator partnerships.

Additionally, Brad Fletcher and Tannaz Mahrang have joined as BDMs in WA and Queensland, respectively, with Dean Cherry in Victoria.

Lemon’s NSW team welcomes Sarin Yedelian, Harry Stewart, and Kelly Lam.

“MA Money has invested in building our national sales team to service increased demand from brokers,” Lemon said.
