Resolve Finance celebrates 25th franchise graduate

Resolve Finance marked a significant achievement with the graduation of its 25th franchisee from its transition program.

A unique approach to franchise training

Resolve Finance said its transition to franchisee program, launched in 2018, is the only one of its kind in Australia, incorporating a mentoring approach endorsed by the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

The program aims to equip mortgage brokers with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as business owners under the Resolve Finance brand.

The program boasts a 100% retention rate of its graduates, who continue to operate under the Resolve Finance umbrella. This retention underscores the effectiveness of the ongoing training and mentorship provided, akin to an apprenticeship in the mortgage broking industry, the company said.

Success of Resolve Finance’s franchisee program

Among the successful graduates is Taylar Stephens (pictured above left), who joined Resolve Finance at the age of 21 and became a franchisee five years later. To date, Stephens has settled loans exceeding $770 million.

“I’ve benefited from Resolve’s industry expertise, its systems and structured inhouse training as well as marketing support,” he said. “I’ve had the opportunity to build my business the way I’ve wanted to and have had some invaluable mentorship and guidance along the way.”

Sandy Paravizzini (pictured above right), general manager of distribution at Resolve Finance, expressed enthusiasm about the program’s success.

“We are thrilled to celebrate the 25th successful transition of an employee mortgage broker to franchisee within the Resolve Finance family and are delighted that Taylar has had an opportunity to create a sustainable business for himself,” Paravizzini said.

Building a foundation for future success

The program not only prepares brokers to manage successful franchises but also ensures they receive personalised support. This approach has been pivotal in the program’s endorsement by MFAA.

Additionally, the recent enhancement of their learning and development team, led by expert Rachael McDonald, further supports the comprehensive training and development of Resolve Finance’s growing network.
