A mortgage broking group has rebranded its exclusive white-label offering and expanded the program with the launch of a new product range.

Finsure Group’s MyLoan has now been rebranded to Finsure Loans, which, according to Finsure CEO Simon Bednar (pictured above left), has provided a fresh look to the white-label offering. 

“Establishing Finsure Loans provides simplicity and a unified solution, and we believe this will be a superior experience for brokers and their customers,” Bednar said.

“At Finsure Loans, we take pride in offering a wide range of loan options that can be tailored to the client’s unique preferences and needs.

“Our products cover customers for both prime and specialist lending. With the added benefit of direct support from their dedicated Finsure Loans BDM across all states, every loan helps us to reinvest back into our broker channel and provide a better experience to our brokers and their clients.”

Finsure’s white-label offering now also includes the Thrive product range, expanding the aggregator’s commercial and residential suite, which is funded by property lending specialist, Thinktank.

Jas Fazlic (pictured above right), Finsure national commercial manager, said the expansion of the firm’s product range boosts Finsure Loans presence in the lending market and provides its broker network with more solutions and reduced channel conflict.

“We can offer more choice and product options with Finsure Loans Thrive, broadening the existing commercial and residential suite,” Fazlic said. “The new range also offers brokers an SMSF option as well.

“Another great feature of the commercial range is the ability to offer 30-year loan terms up to 80% LVR with no annual reviews, reoccurring fees, or hidden margin adjustments.

Jonathan Street, CEO at Thinktank, said the latest collaboration with Finsure marked a significant milestone in the companies’ shared commitment to empowering brokers to deliver the best outcomes for their clients.
