Hyde will lead a team that that will assist brokers in accessing NAB specialists across a broad range of segments.

"What we've identified is a really unique service proposition with our specialised businesses that entails the commercial real estate, health, professional services, government education community, and private," Hyde told Australian Broker. "All of those segments have a niche value proposition in the market which requires expertise from our bankers and credit managers."

Hyde said her deep understanding of these specialized industries and her ability to speak the language to the brokers will be of great help in making sure that NAB continues to support broker segment.

NAB currently has more than 650 specialist bankers who support brokers and customers in 160 metropolitan and regional locations.

Chris Thomas, executive for commercial broker and equipment finance sales at NAB, said the appointment of Hyde will help NAB brokers feel connected and supported as they try to deliver the complex needs of their customer base.
