Non-major lender Auswide Bank has slashed its variable rate to 4.19% for a limited time spring offer.

The reduced rate is available for owner occupied, construction and refinance purposes on new principal and interest home loans of $200,000 for LVR’s up to 90%.

Auswide Bank managing director, Martin Barrett, says the 4.19% offer proves the non-major is providing a competitive home loan offer compared its competitors, including the major banks.

“Auswide Bank helps everyday Australians achieve home ownership and to continue building their wealth. We are proud to be able to offer this special discounted variable interest rate in such a competitive environment.”

This offer is available for a limited time only and includes a credit card and insurance discounts. The comparison rate is 4.58% and is based on new package home loans of $150,000 or more.
