A mortgage brokerage has launched a new marketing campaign backing its more than 1000 brokers across Australia.

Aussie Home Loans’ ‘Worth your While’ Guarantee campaign pushes the notion that the company is so confident talking to an Aussie broker is time well spent, they guarantee it. In fact, if the customer does not think it is time well spent, Aussie will hand over $100.

It is the first time CEO James Symond has been introduced in an advertising campaign for the brokerage.

Symond said, “For over a quarter of a century we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of Australians find a new or better deal on their home loan. By putting our money where our mouth is, our new campaign confidently endorses our brokers and their ability to provide real value to their customers.

“Even in today’s digital world, nothing beats a quality, face to face conversation when you are talking about a big commitment like a home loan. If, after meeting with one of our brokers, a customer does not think it was time well spent, $100 is theirs.”

The Aussie ‘Worth your While’ Guarantee will be rolled out across radio, digital and social media, and local area marketing collateral around the country.

The campaign runs from 17 September to 30 November 2018 and is available to new and existing customers who have a full, free appointment with an Aussie Broker.

Symond said, “Stepping into our advertising and voicing this campaign for radio was a natural move. This is an important message to consumers, especially in today’s ever-changing lending environment.

“We expect there will be little take up of the guarantee, with our post-appointment net promoter scores averaging 9.4 out of 10 last financial year. We want more customers to experience the collective wisdom of our brokers, and this campaign will help to drive that.”
