NAB-owned mortgage aggregators PLAN Australia, Choice Aggregation Services and FAST have partnered with marketing automation platform ActivePipe to further equip their brokers to build relationships with clients.

ActivePipe provides brokers access to automated and personalised email and SMS communications to manage customer interactions more effectively, and will integrate with the Podium CRM platform used by all three aggregation groups; the service also generates comprehensive analytics for brokers, in addition to the customisable comms templates.

According to Andrew Gooding, NAB head of marketing & communications for aggregation partnerships, the new arrangement with ActivePipe is critically timed.

“Quality communication has always been vital to the success of mortgage broking businesses, [but] even more so in the current environment,” he said.

“ActivePipe is a market leader in providing engaging content, easy-to-use software and analytics that are purpose-built to help brokers better communicate with and manage new and existing clients.

“Retaining clients is just as essential as winning new business, and ActivePipe is designed to enhance client communications within a broker’s database through its integration with Podium.”

The automated campaigns generated by the ActivePipe platform track and capture data which informs brokers what their clients are interested in at any given point in time.

“Our content has been specially created for mortgage broker customers, from first home buyers and refinancers to upgraders and seasoned investors,” added ActivePipe CEO Ashley Farrugia.

“The platform tells mortgage brokers which client to get in touch with and when, based on what type of content they are engaging with. It improves the customer experience by giving brokers a better understanding of what their customers are looking for.

“We have been working with mortgage brokers since 2018 and are excited about enhancing our offering via an integration with the Podium CRM,” Farrugia finished.
