Finsure’s launch of the bridging loan product follows a 26% increase in its loan book over the past year. The company has also added 1,000 new brokers to its network, reflecting growing demand for its lending options.
Finsure CEO Simon Bednar (pictured left) said the company’s focus on white-label lending is about more than just expanding product offerings.

Finsure’s expansion includes new hires to support its broker network.
John Lafferairie, head of white label at Finsure, noted recent appointments aimed at improving broker assistance.
“We recently appointed NSW business development manager, Semeara Hannouf, to the team and will also have another Victorian-based business development manager who will support brokers across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia,” Lafferairie said.
Bridgit CEO Aaron Bassin (pictured right) said the partnership aligns with the company’s goal of making bridging finance easier to access.
