In a pioneering move in lead generation, Uptick Marketing is collaborating with three renowned experts in the property and SMSF sectors, to supercharge the pipelines of its extensive network of more than a hundred brokers.

Uptick Marketing’s new panel includes property experts Simon Wilkins, of Inspired Property Group, and Philip Robison, of The Holy Grail of Property Investing, and SMSF expert Nolan Leo, of 360 MMS, will offer clients guidance on buying or facilitating the SMSF loan process, ultimately redirecting them back to the broker.

In a media release, John Maxwell, group CEO and director of Uptick Marketing, said the strategic move conforms to the lead generation company’s mission of helping brokers close more deals faster, and forms part of the group's vision to be the premier resource hub for brokers.

“I’m thrilled to share the next evolution of Uptick Marketing and our broader group vision,

aimed at helping brokers close more deals sooner,” Maxwell said. “We’ve assembled a stellar line-up of industry luminaries and integrated them into Uptick, ensuring that our valued broker partners have the best resources available.”

Wilkins (pictured above left) joins Uptick Marketing as head of property education for NSW. He has helped hundreds of home buyers and property investors fulfill their homeownership ambitions, whilst expanding his own portfolio right across the eastern seaboard.

Robison (pictured above right) joins as Uptick Marketing’s off-market property specialist for Victoria and Queensland. Specialising in finding property jewels around Australia, he can help brokers’ clients find off-market, established, or new-build, affordable houses around Australia, whether it be dual-key, triple-key, co-living, or other positive cashflow properties.

“It’s a difficult market out there now. Customers are looking for a professional to help guide them through the home-buying process,” Maxwell said.

“When I’m speaking to customers, they are incredibly grateful to have a property expert call them and take their hand through this overwhelming process. They know they want an investment property, but that’s where they get stuck. The expert panel we’ve put together is the missing piece in the jigsaw puzzle.

“Our property guys make our broker partners look good. On average, they are getting customers buyer-ready and purchasing within four to six weeks.”

Uptick Marketing’s SMSF expert, Leo, joins as head of SMSF education. He is a recognised expert in SMSF lending with a plethora of solutions at his disposal, including simple refinancing, 90% SMSF lending, Shariah-compliant SMSF loans, and other niche lending solutions.

Oscar Zhuo, director of Uptick Marketing, highlighted the potential of SMSF loans.
