Digital platform helps broker reach

A new digital marketing platform has been released to help brokers “cut through the noise” and reach consumers.

Connective has launched the system to enable brokers to do things like automate email campaigns which engage clients with the most effective messaging at the right time.

Connective Digital Marketing Hub will integrate with the broker’s database in real-time via the Mercury platform. Contacts can be segmented to ensure the right message is being delivered to the right people.

Trigger campaigns can also be built based on a client’s behaviour and financial profile, and the customer journey can be tracked to ensure contact is made with relevant information each step of the way.

Also, the platform’s live reporting functionality supports the ability to optimise campaigns based on real-time data analytics.

Through the Connective Digital Marketing Hub brokers can either manage their own marketing outreach programs or outsource the function to Connective MyMarketing, an in-house service that curates content and coordinates the delivery on behalf of member brokers through their Digital Marketing Hub.
