The Independent Finance Brokers Forum (IFBF) hosted its inaugural Gala Award Dinner in the Rydges Parramatta ballroom to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of attendees.

In a news release, the IFBF said the Gala Award Dinner was attended by a number of key individuals, including Peter White AM, managing director of the FBAA, who was keynote speaker of the night; Christine Anderson, NSW state manager; Paul Biddle, NSW president; and event sponsors Trish Taylor and Megan Bennett from Oasis Insurance and Warren Jacobs from Meridian Australia. Occurring in time for the holiday season, the event included Christmas-themed festivities.

Martin Rambow, chairman of the IFBF, gave a welcome speech to mark the start of the event, noting the support of sponsors and finance brokers. This was followed by a three-course dinner.

The event also included an awards ceremony to recognize the brokers who gave exceptional customer service. The night ended with a lively dance party, where attendees were given a moment to let loose and celebrate their achievements.

It was a night that will be remembered for its joy, camaraderie, and the shared passion for the industry that brought everyone together, the news release said.
