A major lender has announced a new bonus for customers taking out a home loan product.

The $1,250 is being offered by NAB for borrowers who take out an eligible new NAB Home Loan Banking Bundle.

To receive the bonus, customers must apply for a NAB Home Loan by 2 December 2018, and be approved and drawn down by 1 March 2019.

NAB general manager of broker distribution, Steve Kane, said this latest offer is another example of NAB’s ongoing commitment to support customers throughout their home ownership journeys.

He said, “Deciding to buy, upgrade, invest in, or renovate a property is a big, and exciting, step for many Australians.

“We’ve introduced this offer to make things a little easier for our customers. This $1,250 bonus could help with moving costs, buying some new furniture, or putting the finishing touches on a new home.”

In addition, NAB is continuing to provide its ‘Check In’, a service for customers that complements the support offered by brokers.

The ‘NAB Check In’ gives customers access to tailored tips, tools and guidance on how to make the most of their home loan and broader NAB banking relationship, and directs customers back to their broker for further support.

Kane added, “These initiatives are just some examples of how NAB is delivering for customers and brokers."
