Australian First Mortgage Pty Ltd (AFM) director, Iain Forbes, has announced that David White, joint managing director, will take over the responsibility of sales for the company.

White, who is one of AFM’s founding directors, has a ‘wealth of knowledge and experience’ in the credit area, according to Forbes.

“There would not be a better person who could take on this role other than David…In today’s world of lending, product and credit knowledge play an important part for every lending organisation as we have experienced changes to legislation, compliance and emphasis on responsible lending,” Forbes notes.

“AFM has five funders on its panel and actively markets full doc/lo doc/land only and construction loans, as well as SMSF lending and commercial property finance products, which David will promote and build relationships with existing aggregators and brokers of AFM.”
