Aggregation group Choice Aggregation Services has announced it will partner with workplace relations provider HR Assured to offer HR support for its broker members.
Through the arrangement, brokers will have access to support, advice and tools aimed at improving the people management functions within their businesses.
Core services include round-the-clock access to work relations experts as well as HRA Cloud – an online information management system which includes:
- Best practice guidance on employment law and workplace safety issues
- Templates, policies and guides for better business management
- An electronic record management system accessible from anywhere
- An employee lifecycle management tool to maintain compliance
Stephen Moore, CEO at Choice Aggregation Services, said the aggregator was committed to helping brokers and their businesses.

“Many of our brokers are experiencing solid growth and often this comes with the need to build a bigger team. Access to leading HR support at a reasonable price will help our members continue to grow their businesses by reducing costs and improving efficiencies.”
The partnership will help brokers fulfil the legal and moral responsibilities that come with managing a team of staff and build a better quality of people, Moore said.
