Effective from today (19 June), non-bank lender
Pepper Money has made rate changes on a number of prime investment and interest-only loans.
For the Pepper Essential Full Doc PLUS and the Pepper Essential Alt Doc Plus ≤ 80% LVR, the current rate will increase by 15 basis points.
The interest rate for the Pepper Essential Full Doc PLUS
> 80% LVR will increase by 30 basis points.
These rate changes apply for new business only.
