outsource Financial has expanded its national support team, adding six new staff and promoting two existing employees into leadership positions since February, as the aggregator continues to build out services for its broker network.
The expansion follows a standout result in MPA's 2026 Brokers on Aggregators survey, where Outsource Financial took gold overall among aggregators with more than 600 brokers, topping eight of 11 service categories.
The latest round of appointments covers member engagement, compliance, technology, marketing and commissions.
Camille Choa joins as engagement coordinator, bringing experience across venues and event agencies to focus on member events, communications and social media engagement. Damien Holt joins as compliance officer, having spent around a decade running his own business alongside experience in mortgage management, mortgage broking, credit, and training.
Rounding out the new appointments are Roula Tasi as commissions administration officer, Milan Mrvic as technology officer, Rose Asarez as audit officer, and Elize Marquez as graphic designer.
outsource Financial CEO Tanya Sale said the additions reflect the organisation's commitment to supporting brokers at every stage of their business.
"As our network continues to grow, so too does our responsibility to provide exceptional support, education, and expertise to our members," Sale said.
Alongside the new hires, outsource Financial promoted two existing team members.
Irene D'Arcy has moved from investigations & broker assurance officer to investigations & broker assurance manager, having played a key role in maintaining professional standards and strengthening broker assurance practices across the network.
Tenille Gibson has been promoted to national manager, learning & development, stepping up from her role as learning & development coordinator. Since joining the business in September 2025, Gibson has helped shape educational programs supporting broker capability and professional development.
For Sale, the moves reflect a broader philosophy about the business's people.
"We've been incredibly fortunate to attract talented individuals who not only bring valuable industry experience and fresh perspectives, but who also align strongly with our culture and values," she said. "At the same time, seeing existing team members progress into leadership positions is equally rewarding and highlights the opportunities available within our organisation."
Sale added the appointments position the aggregator for its next phase of growth.
"Our people are at the heart of everything we do. By continuing to invest in specialist expertise, leadership development, and member support, we're ensuring outsource Financial remains well-positioned to help brokers succeed in an increasingly complex and competitive environment," she said.
