LivePreso is expanding its relationship with REA Group’s commercial and developer teams to help the tech platform scale its operations and keep up with one of the busiest periods for online real estate.

REA Group began its sales automation journey with LivePreso in 2014. In those eight years, LivePreso has evolved to be a key competitive differentiator in REA Group’s tech stack as they offer dynamic content to simplify otherwise technical information for customers.

“LivePreso’s deep integration capabilities and ongoing commitment to business outcomes over an eight-year-long partnership with REA Group have led to the expansion of our offering to their Commercial Property and Developer teams,” said Aaron Cooper, chief executive officer at LivePreso.

Over Q4 FY21, REA Group has created 5,000 presentations, saving 5,000 presale hours in preparation—the equivalent of 3 full-time annual salaries and $250,000 in productivity savings in one quarter alone.

Amy Read, executive manager customer marketing at REA Group, said that LivePreso allowed them to spend “less time preparing and more time in front of the customer” over the last decade.

“We’ve achieved significant increases in productivity, automating all the manual and repetitive tasks that are involved in creating tailored customer presentations,” Read said.

Now, LivePreso has enabled REA Group’s commercial property arm to use data points to provide customers with a unique interactive experience through pricing calculators and performance data.
