RedZed has extended its flagship sponsorship with the Melbourne Storm NRL club, in what the lender is describing as the ‘most significant’ sponsorship arrangement in the history of both parties.

The multi-million dollar deal was signed between RedZed and Storm CEO Justin Rodski and sees the partnership extended for another three years, with the self-employed lending specialist to be featured in the main sponsorship spot on the NRL Minor Premiers’ jersey.

The Storm have enjoyed great success with RedZed as their sponsor, winning the 2020 Premiership against the Penrith Panthers before claiming the 2021 Minor Premiership on the back of a record-breaking winning streak.

“This has been an incredible year of operation for RedZed as we have assisted our clients during and after COVID lockdowns,” said Evan Dwyer, managing director at RedZed.

“It is our 15th year in operation, and I am incredibly proud of what our clients as well as every RedZed team member have achieved in 2021.

“We are equally proud of our partnership with the Melbourne Storm. The Storm’s performance – both on and off the field – is consistently excellent and that fits neatly with our culture and values.

“The Storm is a great organisation with similar values to ours, who also represent diversity of people and professions that are self-employed.

“RedZed backs those who back themselves, and that is why we have backed Melbourne Storm in a competition that is dominated by clubs in the northern States. We have also signed as the Principal Partner of the Hobart Hurricanes in the KFC Big Bash League for the same reason
